Taxonomic Mycology (especially the higher fungi and especially not "psychoactive" species so don't even ask). My masters thesis was the development of a database for taxonomicidentification. The software is available by anonymous ftp for Macintoshes, IBM PC Clones, SGI Workstations and Sun Workstations. The source code is also available.
